The Grace Manor Apartments, mixed-use development will stand six floors, holding 65 affordable housing units and ground floor retail space. The residential unit mix will deliver 46 apartments marketed at 60% AMI, including 22 one-beds and 24 two-bed configurations. The remaining 19 rentals will be fulfilled under the CHA RAD program, offering 9 one-beds and 10 two-bedroom units.
Tenant amenities will include a fitness center, laundry, rooftop terrace, package room, computer room, and on-site management. 18 car parking spaces and a bike room will also be provided.

Grace at Jerusalem CDC is a faith-based nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization located in Chicago, Illinois. The CDC recognizes that by providing goods and services to the under-served and targeted populations, the workforce development that we’ve created, will provide the positive economic engines needed in our community.
Our hope is that the Illinois Department of Housing Authority, Illinois Department of Economic Development, City of Chicago and the Chicago Housing Authority, partner with us as we continue to address three of the most critical elements in a person’s survival and positive growth: Food…Clothing…Shelter.
